Entry 329 - Openness is a Virtue

9/30/20

Don’t try to hold onto what was meant to be let go of. Naturally, as you vibrate at a higher frequency, certain people won’t be able to relate to you. Your different frequency might intimidate them or make them feel uncomfortable because you now represent something unfamiliar to them, and they have not made peace with the unknown.

Openness is not simply an attribute one develops, but a mindset developed by embracing and learning from the unknown. It’s an appreciation of what we do not know. It’s a recognition that there could be something beyond what we know that could enhance or help our life. That the unknown isn’t something to be scared of, but something to be excited about.

However, people who are scared by the unknown and prefer the daily automatic patterns conditioned from their past over present awareness and acceptance of that which is new will see anything or anyone in any way, shape, or form attached to the unknown as a threat. If you notice this in people, take it as a sign to keep moving forward and not worry about them. If they’re meant to continue with you on your journey, they will. If not, they’ll naturally and seamlessly drop away. Either way, what’s meant to be will be.
