Entry 32 - Lesson on Finding Happiness 
 
Realizing that no one and nothing can affect your happiness because you find it within yourself, is life changing. If you depend on things outside of you to bring you happiness, you're limited; but if you realize you already have all the happiness you need within you, then you're limitless. There is no limit to what you can find in God, Who can be found in you. Ask, seek, knock, and you will find.

"One God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."
         - Ephesians 4:6

"...Christ is all, and is in all."
         - Colossians 3:11

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."
         - 2 Corinthians 3:17 

Entry 32.5 - Lesson on Visualization 

This week, I had a major wake-up call. For so much of my actual acting career, I've been incredibly passive. Some of it issue to laziness, some due to a busy schedule, some of it due to insecurities of my peers judging me. However, being around people who are all motivated and motivating me to do what I want to do has completely revolutionized my motivation to achiever what I set out to achieve. For some reason, I was afraid to set goals. Afraid to be judged by society for setting those goals and achieving them. Not anymore. I have goals, I have ways to achieve them, and I will manifest them through the power of God.

Entry 45 - Lesson on Compliments

7/28/19 The old self is attracted to negative thoughts and the new self, the real you, is attracted to positive thoughts. The old self embodies all the negative so it wants what it is, and the new self embodies all things positive, so it seeks to be reinforced with what it already is. That's why I believe it is so important to speak truth into people, to reinforce who they truly are because it awakens the real self and keeps them consciously focused on who they really are. There was an experiment done where they insulted a plant and then for another plant, they only spoke nice words, and the results were shocking. The words carried weight on the actual growth or decay of those plants. So if plants don't speak English, then what could possibly be the reason behind one plant living its best life due to the positive words spoken to it and the other plant withering and dying due to negative words being spoken to it in the same controlled situation?
