Entry 166: Quote of the Night from the Law of Correspondence

"The dream 'analogy' is actually much more powerful than one might think.

As above, so below.
As below, so above.

This Law of Correspondence is derived from the wisdom of the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus, and is a Key that can unlock all the mysteries of life, including those of God and YOU. What it means is that a Law that is true in one level or realm of consciousness is true in ALL levels within, below and above it. The only difference Is the appearances and movements of the causes and effects. This Law allows us to take knowledge gained in one realm and use it to understand truth in other worlds less known or experienced.

To apply it to this particular conversation, we can use an absolute truth of the dream world to help us better understand the waking world. Consider what you should do to best influence a dream if you became lucid within it and were able to sustain the lucidity. Being lucid you would recognize that the reality of the world you were experiencing was really a dream - an illusion - and that it was your own mind creating it! Your mind being the creator, the realm of the world created, as well as the mind being experienced within it. You would KNOW that the mind we experienced within the dream is none other than the one creating it.

So to best influence a lucid dream we would surrender ourselves completely to this truth and imagine whatever we wanted with the full knowledge and belief that our mind could produce it, since it was already producing the experience we are already having within the dream. To the degree we could reconnect to our “Higher Self” within a lucid dream would be the degree to which we were able to produce the desired dream. This should make sense to anyone who has dreamt. Your mind is the Trinity of the dream world.

The powerful Key of the Law of Correspondence is the knowledge it gives us that manifestation in the waking world works exactly the same way. In order for us to manifest what we desire, we need to see the correlation Between our mind and “God’s” mind and surrender in the same manner as we would if dreaming. Our connection with Presence is our reconnection to the power behind the mind creating this physical world. It is allowing your mind (the “dreamee”) to recognize its sameness and “become” the mind of Presence (the Dreamer). The only difference between being lucid in the waking world versus the dream world is your ability to believe and realize without doubt that it is the same mind creating the world as is experiencing it. The more power you can put behind this belief, the more powerful your ability to manifest.

I have obviously only skimmed the surface of this iceberg and dont want to go on too long (which I could and hope I haven’t already 😊), but offer it to you to provide a little more light so you explore on your own, as that is the only way one can truly gain knowledge."

February 5th 2023 The reason why nothing means anything until we give it meaning is because of this: In order to have something mean something, you need to have something that doesn’t mean something. In the act of splitting those two apart or existing separately, it creates duality.  If all that was before there was everything was love, then there is no meaning, just love. March 2nd 2023 I was confused why i wasn’t like the others Why I preferred one over a thousand lovers One kiss for eternity over hook ups in beds Was I conditioned by church to stay a virgin or did I choose that out of my own internal provision?
