Before mindfulness:
We want what we can't have
We try to find our happiness in people and things
We judge ourselves by what people think of us
We treat others how it would benefit us

After mindfulness:
We're content with what we have
We find our happiness within 
We judge ourselves by how God sees us
We treat others in a way that benefits everyone
